Plot: Dr. Weird's just told Steve that he made love to a lawnmower and asked himself why. Steve: I'm sure someone think that nice. Then suddenly a blue egg with two robot come out of the lawnmower. Dr. Weird says "my metal boy."

Shake is gone to Guatemala and be a missionary. The living room filled with Meatwads toys. Then suddenly a return with a nose he explain it a growth spurt but really it rhinoplasty. Shake explain got during his mission trip he had a small procedure done so he can breathe better and hit the high notes. Shake reveal that Frylock chatting with the girl he hasn't meet in his room and not tell that he a box of fries called 69SoFine. Meatwad give Shake some advice because Frylock told him he have coconuts nose Shake went back to for another mission (Face Jobs Work). But Meatwad really wants some more quiet time. Later, Frylock keep add messages to 69SoFine, Shake returns with a cheekbones, and masculine cut to his jaw.(Shake did all this so he can have a blue jean ad). Meatwad continues to give Shake advice but he can't back out because of his meal ticket but meatwad knows a guy (Carl).

Shake, Meatwad and Carl go to a body shop at the docks went Shake got out he was wearing a bodylike case. It been a couple of days see eye fat, get yourself some soft pillowy lips, rock hard abs, and a giant brain horn but he had to return them because he has no ass. he choice between his face or the ass. Shake choice the ass. A couple day later Shake look bruised and a scar a nose on his side. Frylock went on his date 69SoFine wearing a fire department uniforms with a mask. Meatwad explain on Shake being fat and how to get rid of being fat by throwing up. Frylock said "Meatwad No!"
