Spacecataz was meant to be a 6 episode ATHF spinoff, but Adult Swim felt there was little if anything that could be done with the characters mostly, because they all die at the end. For season three, the Spacecataz pilot was split up and shown at the opening of each show, replacing the Dr. Weird clips. The full episode is available as an extra on Disc 2 of the ATHF Volume Four DVD Box Set. The episode revolves around a showdown long in the making between The Mooninites and The Plutonians.
