Rupert was Jesus Christ's gay hairdresser, who fassioned wigs for Jesus during the course of his ministry. In the Aqua Unit Patrol Squad 1 episode Intervention, Frylock managed to clone Rupert using DNA from one of Jesus' wigs that he recovered from the museum. Rupert only appeared in Intervention.
