The Rice Mascots are the cronies of Mr. Wongburger. They brandish sharp hooks and long necklaces made out of dicks. They go to the homes of the unlucky winners of the "Rip It and Win" contest and rip off their dicks and give them to Mr. Wongburger so he can build a giant "Dick Ship" and return to "Dick Planet."
