One of the darkest characters on the show. Happy Time Harry is a doll.... with red dancing glitter shoes and "Action Bills". He also has a missing hand that has a switch blade hidden inside it. He also had half of his liver removed once, and he's not supposed to drink, but he does. He also likes to cut himself... just to see how long he can do it, before he passes out.

In Dumber Dolls, after Harry convinced Jiggle Billy to commit suicide, Frylock threatened to kill Harry, but Shake announced that's what he wanted, so he ended up being chucked of a cliff by Shake. One would assume that Happy Time Harry was dead, however, he reappeared on The Last One as one of the villains summoned to the meeting. He seemingly kills Travis of the Cosmos with his knife and is one of the few villains to survive the episode, until Frylock killed him.

He cost only $3.99. His bad attitude affects all the Aqua Teens. He comes with "action bills" which he demands that they should get paid, and he also wants pills. He needs to wake up at midnight because he has to go to work. He is naked except for a pair of boxers and little red shoes for dancing, and he is also losing his hair. He shows a knife in place of his missing hand, which he says his father gave him.

He is expected to return in Death Fighter.

Accessories Edit

Other than the knife and shoes integrated, Harry comes also with "action bills". Meatwad was searching in his box in hopes to find a missile launcher or a sniper rifle, but he said he had no firearms, only those boring bills. Harry also mentioned the "Happy Time Dialysis machine" (for his liver problem, reason why he should not drink) which may be another of his items (separately purchased). When Shake threatens to burn him, he takes out a gasoline can and wet himself in gasoline to "ease the preps" for shake; this is possibly another item, but not likely.
