The Creature From Plaque Lagoon is a tall, red, skinny man and "friend" of Gary the Dairy Fairy. His home and identity were stolen by the insane Dr. Wongburger, who desired to steal enough teeth in order to build a spaceship made of teeth to fly himself home to "Tooth Planet".
