David Cross (born April 4, 1964) is an American actor, writer and stand-up comedian best

known for his sketch comedy work on HBO's Mr. Show and for his role as Tobias Fünke in the FOX sitcom Arrested Development. He voices Happy Time Harry and Bert Banana from Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
