PlotEdit

Shake knocks out Meatwad's tooth with a golf club so he can try to capture the tooth fairy while Meatwad is asleep. Later that night, Frylock is shown putting a quarter under Meatwad's pillow, as there is no real tooth fairy. But as he is about to take the tooth, a creature identifying himself as the Creature from Plaque Lagoon comes in the door, takes the tooth, and stuns Frylock and Shake with a laser gun.

The next morning, the Frylock and Shake wake up with very few teeth and rotted gums, but Meatwad still got his quarter. After failing to get an appointment with a dentist, they find the creature's website, where he describes his mission: To steal teeth to complete a tooth ship and return to Tooth Planet. Frylock hatches a plan to take all of their teeth out and lure the creature back into the house. Frylock begins hearing noises before they even fall asleep. After getting Shake to quiet down, a high-pitched young man calling himself Gary the Dairy Fairy walks in the door. Gary walks in on kids when they lose baby teeth and distributes warm milk, cheese, and yogurt that help build strong teeth and describes himself as a "preventative dietary fairy, but nobody cares." But then Gary notices the Aqua Teens' rotten teeth on the floor and asks if the Creature from Plaque Lagoon has been there. Gary tells Frylock that the creature is a close and personal friend of his.

Gary takes the Aqua Teens to a Better Buy store, where Plaque Lagoon used to be. A hideous humanoid creature with red skin and gigantic teeth as a face walks out of the store and identifies himself as the real Creature from Plaque Lagoon. He tells them that somebody has stolen his identity and has made numerous dental-related purchases with his credit card.

The Aqua Teens' finally track down the real person who stole their teeth: Dr. Wongburger. Wongburger reveals his plan: to complete the Tooth Ship and return to his enameled condo on Tooth Planet. Wongburger tells the Teens that for years he was "a tooth trapped inside the shaft of a dick crying to get out." And through years of painful surgery, he has become what God intended him to be: Chatterman. As in the previous episode, Frylock tells Wongburger that he is a madman. The trio goes home, where they begin eating nothing but applesauce because of their tooth loss. Shake puts some buffalo wings into a blender and drinks it, which burns his gums because he chose hot sauce.
