Bingo the Robotic Floating Clown Head, as his name suggests, is a robotic floating clown head with half his spinal column hanging out.

He was first seen in the episode The Clowning where Carl obtains a wig to look sexier. Bingo is only seen momentarily, when he talks to Styro-Head, the styrofoam head on which carl keeps the wig. This is the only time he is seen in the episode.

Later in The Last One, he makes a brief appearance again, honking his horn (how he speaks). He was chanting what is subtitled as "Chug!" when Happy Time Harry was downing an entire beer keg, belonging to one of the Frat Aliens, D.P.
