Meatwad demands a popsicle from Shake every fifteen minutes.

Plot: Dr. Weird's newest invention creates a black hole vortex, which sucks both him and Steve in.

In the opening, Carl is admiring his pool, decked out with painted flames and neon, and is trying to prevent Shake from getting into it because he's weird. Suddenly out of the sky, Dr. Weird's black hole comes out of nowhere. Frylock comes out and notices. He tries to help Carl by having a hose wrapped around him while Shake pulls it, but Shake goes back into the house, tying the hose to a loosely-fitted gutter and Frylock and Carl are sucked into the vortex. Back inside the house, Shake tricks Meatwad into the dryer. When Frylock and Carl (who has his hands grown largely) escape from the vortex, Frylock finds Shake in the house and scolds him for not holding the hose tightly. Meatwad is soon discovered in the dryer, and it is revealed that Meatwad was in the dryer for nearly a week and now has new electrostatic powers.

Meatwad uses his new electric powers to torment Shake, but the powers end up causing a great deal of harm. Celeste begs him by shaking her hands to Meatwad for a popsicle. He wants her to just GO to the market and not letting her grab her purse and go. Celeste tells him, Just wait a second I need to grab my purse!First, he shorts out Frylock's computer, then jumps in Carl's pool while Carl has his hands in it. The electric waves send Carl flying across the yard and electrocuting him. In the process, the static also causes Meatwad's friend, Squirrely, to smoke.

Frylock is in a desperate search to get rid of the electrostatic powers. Frylock has Meatwad perform a "balloonism," which has Meatwad to rub a blown-up balloon against himself to absorb the electricity out; however, this causes the balloon to grow into a large, massively electrified balloon animal. Celeste was so mad at Meatwad for shooting her to the roof,and sending her to the store and making her call him sire. She chases Meatwad ALL over the house as Frylock watches her chase Meatwad. She gets screwed up hair to show HOW angry she is. She was furious. She inflates herself like in the first episode *Rabbot. After it, her hair was back to streght. (promptly named "Balloonenstein") which grows even larger when Frylock tries to use his electric power to defeat it. After a short while, Balloonenstein floats toward the sea, and the Aqua Teens head to the beach. Frylock covers Meatwad with shattered glass and throws him into the ocean to pop the balloon. However, Frylock has to remove his brain so he'll float. This causes Meatwad to continuously lose his memory and make him repeat the words, "Do what now?" over and over. Eventually, the black hole reappears, which sucks in both Meatwad and Balloonenstein.

Back at home, Frylock and Shake are in Carl's pool, with Shake telling Frylock that he was able to open up the sky by his whim. Out of nowhere, Meatwad reappears, ten times his normal size (similar to what happened to Carl's hands). Frylock backs up while Meatwad chooses to jump over Celeste. Celeste was SO scared of him. The episode cuts out right before the large Meatwad crushes Shake.
