The Plutonians want to make an exact replica of Shake and it comes out wrong because the Shake they created was smashed up with his straw bent and there was a radio sticking out of the side of his neck. He was referred to as Major Shake. The Plutonians abducted the real Shake and kept him prisoner while Major Shake was acting horribly by messing up Frylock's room, breaking Carl's car (etc). The Plutonians' ship later crashes causing the Plutonians to run off while Shake doesn't come out because he probably died.
